There are some unique underwater hidden surprises in store for those who explore the Snorkeling Lagoon at Disney’s Castaway Cay. The furthest of the lagoon’s surprises is the Mickey Mouse statue that is part of a sunken ship. This is not the easiest shot to get as it really depends on the weather at Castaway Cay and the simple fact that most Disney Caribbean cruises only stop at Castaway Cay once. If the water is too cold, then no swimming for me. If the seas are ruff or a storm has recently passed over the island then the sediment is churned up and visibility goes way down.
